Fee refund policy

Keeping the interests of students seeking admission to Jagrasani Devi Mahila Mahavidyalaya (JDMM) in mind, the fee refund process is carried out in accordance with the guidelines issued from time to time by the University, Government, and regulatory authorities. If a student wishes to cancel his/her admission after taking admission for any reason, a written application in the prescribed format must be submitted to the college office.

After receiving the admission cancellation request, the decision regarding fee refund shall be made on the basis of the date of admission, the status of commencement of classes, and circumstances such as whether the seat remains vacant or is filled by another student. Administrative and processing charges incurred up to the date of application may be deducted as per the applicable rules, and the remaining amount may be refunded. Fees for services that have already been utilized, such as registration fees, examination fees, identity card fees, or other non-refundable charges, shall not be refunded.

The entire fee refund process shall be conducted in a transparent and fair manner. Students are advised to obtain information regarding the latest rules and applicable deadlines for admission cancellation and fee refund from the college office. The college administration reserves the right to amend the fee refund policy as and when required, and the decision of the institution shall be final and binding in all matters.
